Dell’s latest Android-based smartphone ‘Mini 3‘ is finally making its way to the US via AT&T which till now was available in Brazil and China. The Mini 3 from dell is equipped with a 3.5-inch 640 x 360 widescreen display, a 3-megapixel autofocus camera with flash, a microSD card slot, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, a miniUSB port and supports quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity. AT&T will introduce the Mini 3 in the first half of 2010.
