
Asus announced the Asus P750, a 3G smartphone running on Window Mobile 6 Standard. The device has its stylish design again and offers enhanced communication and multimedia capabilities.
In Asus P750, the display comes with a standard QVGA TFT 65K touchscreen. The Asus P750 comes dressed in black colour which is known as the traditional colour for Asus devices.
Even in the absence of the QWERTY keyboard, the P750 does come with impressive numeric keypad with an extra joystick at the middle.
The tri-band GSM smartphone with 3G/HSDPA support has the ultimate communication capabilities, such as Microsoft Direct Push technology for delivery of Outlook email, automatic download of Hotmail/MSN, Gmail and Yahoo! email as it arrives.
Powered by a fast Marvel 520 MHz PXA27x CPU, Asus P750 also equips WiFi, Bluetooth and a SiRF III GPS module as well. A 3.2 megapixel camera can be found on the rear of the P750.
As it is a 3G phone, there is a second VGA camera above the screen on the front is also available for video calls. The main camera on Asus P750 is supposed to provide high quality captures to its user. So, what about the storage? This smartphone comes with 256MB of flash memory and a microSD card for expansion, its RAM remains at 64MB.
The P750 is believed to be available in Asia Pacific from December.
